I am a tapestry weaver and stumbled on your blog through K Spoering’s. I LOVE your work, especially the birds in ink and water colour. Lovely

How delightful to see such lovely free machine embroidery, not to mention the drawings and quilts, etc. Such talent, and a fascinating blog, too. So glad I found it.

Lauren,
This morning I saw your beautiful tangle with a turquoise bird on Pinterest which led me to your blog. Love your art work! I enjoy painting in watercolor and oils, but lately it seems I can’t stop tangling. Your blog is inspiring me to try pen and ink with watercolor.
Thank you!

Hi Lauren,
I am your newest fan, visiting your blog for the first time after reading about the wonderful portrait you recently did for Elizabeth Harper’s husband, John. http://giftsofthejourney.com/2012/10/10/birthday-surprises-2/#comment-6765

Lauren,
You just amaze me. Every time I read your blog I learn something new. You are such a great artist and writer. I talk about you a lot because I am so proud that you work with Dale and complete and compliment his work. Keep it up girlie. I also cherish our friendship and so glad we have known each other for over 25 years. Blessings to you and keep on blogging, drawing, stitching and creating! Stephanye 🙂
